Pinot Grigio is rapidly becoming one of the world's most widely appreciated Italian white wines. A pink skinned "cousin" of Pinot Noir. This variety is more subtle than Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc making it one of the most versatile food wines there is. Eventus Pinot Grigio is a pale straw colour with a delicate floral aroma and hints of golden apple with a smooth textured medium body. The lingering fruit finish is perfectly balanced by the crisp acidity. Created to enhance the natural qualities of the variety by temperature controlled fermentation, oxygen-reducing techniques and lees contact. An excellent wine for all occasions, it finds its perfect match with salmon, tuna and shell fish especially as sushi and sashimi.
